i planing to but a sport quad next week and really want to know which one is faster in a drag race i am only interested in speed.

 

i would get banshee to drag race,especially if u plan to mod it later. If u were gonna play and race a predator might be better.

 

If speed is what you want the banshee is were its at their is a ton of mods you can get to make that thing fly!!!

 

Stock for stock the pred beats the banshee. Although the banshee can be moded to beat just about anything it can never handle like a pred does. Out of the box the pred is the one to beat at this time. I used to own a banshee for 8yrs and absoluitly loved it but my body just cant take the abuse. I have driven the predator many times and I personally think it is an awsome quad. If it were out back when I bought my first quad it would be my first choice. The banshee will no longer be produced after the next year or two because of the 2 stroke laws. 2 strokes will be a dying breed and worth more than ever. I would go with something that will be around for along time. The predator is here to stay!

 

I would say the Predator as well, only becasue of the two stroke laws, otherwise I'd say Banshee. The only problem I see with the Pred is it weighs more then most. So you'll want hop ups and you're probably gonna wanna shed some weight.

 

the pred is the lightest quad in its sport class... so it doesnt weight more than most...
and if strait line fast is what you want.. and you have a rahter FAT wallet.. the shee is what you need.. but if your just gonna pipe,filter and jet... you still might wanna consider the pred.. i beat my buddys shees with pipes and filters all the time.. they would prolly take me on very top end tho.

 

I thought the Predator was the heaviest sport quad(415 lbs) other than a DS650? Oh by the way, nice deer in your profile Hozed.

the raptor weights more i think once you add everything to it... thats what ive heard.. but the only sport quads in its class are the ds, kfx and the raptor.

 

go with a banshee .. if i got on 1 i would probably kill my self cuz thats all u want to do on a shee is just to go fast....[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

for drags i think the shee is the top dog.
