Hi all just wanted to put in a good word for rick. I ordered my stage 1 kit from rick last friday got it this friday put it on tonight its a 2003 tb 250 and it halls *** now. But i had some ?'s about clutching so i call ritter raceing at 9:00pm oregon time thinking I will leave him a messsage to call me if he is in sat. Rick answers the phone talks to me for over a hour answers all my questions. what the hell I have never heard of such good customer service! I would highly reccomend RcR. I chose them in the frist place because of posts like this one you guys were right RcR is the best!

It is just that type of customer service that gets the word spread. Have fun.

jeff10049, i know what you mean. I am looking at buying an rcr stage one kit, and i called him about a week ago. He, rick, answered the phone and talked to me like he had known me my whole life. I didnt even tell him that i was interested in buying a kit from him. All i asked was did he offer a hpd pipe with the kit and how much more was it. If neone reads this, know that rittercycle has the best customer support of any company in any line of work that i have ever met!
