The original manual was a little lameit tells you how to check your fluids and tons of safty advice but if you have a problem thats a little comlicated its off to the dealer for about 3 weeks, geeze.
Are you refering to the owners manua or the service manual? Cuz the service manual is the same one that they give to the Polaris Techs

I was refering to a service manuel. I just checked out the site at clymer.com and wanted to know if those service manuals are any better than the dealers service manuals.

The Polaris Service manual is way more detailed than the aftermarkets. They are model specific, not generic

Thanks, I'll check with my dealer and hope I don't get a look like, "why would YOU need a service manual, we serice your machine here". can I order these service manuals online?
Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure you can order them from the Polaris website. Check ebay, that's where I got mine. It took some time to find my particular one listed, so if you need it right away, get it from Polaris. Your dealer should be able to order it, but it's probrably quicker ordering it online at the Polaris website.

Hey there Dragon,

If you have a week or so to wait, order it from the Polaris website, It took a week to get mine from them. It's not cheap, mine was like 68.00, but geez, the info you get is the best. and you don't have to worry about the guys at the store quizzing you.
