Default need help

I flipped my new mossy oak sp500. I took it to my dealer an told them it flipped an I really wanted the sterring post checked out. They just serviced it an told me it was ready. Its not ready it has a little slack in top part of sterring if you pull up on one side of the handle bars an then the other. How hard is it change the steering post? Has any one had this problem? Thanks Tom
