Jetting on a 34mm carb

I have a 250 TB that is trail ported, milled head,Hpd pipe,34mm carb and k&n filter. I'm running a 200 main in the carb, What are other people running with a similer setup?

That is a little high on the main. You should be around 170-180. I ran the same setup for about 1 yr and that is what worked good.
