8HP??? That is a 20% power increase. How loud is it and how much is the pipe? What is the install charge for the twin pipe?

 

the biggun slip on adds 5-6... so full system dual pipes should be able to get 8...

 

Hozed, is the Big Gun pipe the same for the 2003 as the 2004 Predator? Most Catalogs have not been updated yet fot the 2004 and I wanted to know if the 2003 is the same. I don't want it too loud, but do I want the silencer only of the race series or the quiet series? Do I want the complete system or the silencer only?

same for 04...
the race is kinda loud.. my pipe towered over a raptor with a WB... and my buddys shees... although they arent that loud... i would go race series.. or with a differnt pipe. the biggun quite didnt add as much as other pipes that are just as quite. look into HPD... i heard it was quite and packed a wicked punch.
i know modquad will hate me for this but if noise isnt much of an issue.. get the biggun.. i love it. and know one cares how loud i am around here... cause most of it is my land =)


i would get the full system... or get your header pipe jet-hot coated(75$...) if you buy the head pipe later tho it will be 230$.. compared ot the 180$ it will be if you buy both at the same time.

 

Any guess on the dB of the BigGun race. There is a spark arrestor on the race series right?

 

not sure about the db level.. over 100 tho ive heard.. and yes it does come with a small.. non restrictive removable spark arrestor that makes it legal to ride in trails.

I have the FMF and love it.

 

The twins that i put on r very hard to install prob about 4 or 5 hours---they were 800 dollars for the entire kit which includes jet kit,air filter mod, heat sheild,and hardware... you need to modify side panels,re-route 12 wires, rip out stock air box, move tail lightetc....

when all said and done you will love the power and response --------sounds good also

 

would it be possible to get you to mail me a pic of your LTE setup? ive seen them on the website but would like to see some more pics of it, like with the seat off looking down and that sort, ive been drooling over that system for some time now.
