I used to have one on mine. The intakes are very close. If you take some dishsoap it will slide right on. You do have to jet it down. If you dont have any other mods then you will notice much of a gain. You need a pipe to let it breath then a bigger carb would be good. I know it is hard to convince younger peoples parents to get a pipe for tiier quad but it is the pipe that makes the biggest performance gain. second is the porting. Everything else is just a plus. 1 hp here, 1 hp there adds up. you can usually go on e-bay and get them for around 40-50 bucks. Just look under Polaris Scrambler. I see them there all the time. That is where I sold mine. I now have a 36 mm pwk flatside. This carb is awsome but the 34mm did have a good gain.

There is no modification at all just make sure that if you do get a 400 carb that is comes with the brass choke fitting that scraws into the carb. The 30mm fitting will not fit. That is the only part that you have to change besides rejetting.

i also have a 34mm on my tb i chucked it in my laythe and took some off the snout and the other problem is the I.D is bigger than the 30 so the rubber boot is smaller if you stick the 34 on and look into the carb from the back side where the air enters you will see a 1/6 to 1/8 inch difference meaning the rubber boot being to small and making a sharp lip all the way around the carb causing a disterbence i put mine the the laythe and cleaned it all up for a smooth transaction.

You can get the boot for a Cyclone 250. It is much larger than the tblzer250 boot. Should fix you right up, but it probably costs an arm and a leg at the dealer.

I have a 34mm on our TB, I used the intake manifold from HPD 13.95 I think it was. Also can get the brass fitting from the dealer for 12.00 if needed.
