The only thing Polaris are good for is mudding.After a year most of them will start haveing to go to the shop because something is broke. The old Polaris are better than the new ones. The new ones are made cheap so Polaris can make some money. I no some one who has a Polaris that is three years and now every he goes on a ride he has to take it to the shop to get something fix. He said the only way he will buy a Palaris agin is if he became rich so he can buy a new one after a year. This year we had a good snow the first in a long time. Just about everybody has fourwleelers and everbody was rideing and the only thing i saw that was broke down was a Polaris. So that tells that Polaris are sorry.

My experience with Polaris is in the Personnel Watercraft area. I have to admit they were better than the Tiger sharks & about the same as the Sea Doos but the Kawasaki's & Yamaha's were much better.

 

Beartracker250, what's your purpose in generally bashing Polarises? Are you trying to save Polaris owners from themselves? Why? Do you find a mission in warning future prospective Polaris buyers?

I do not seek to criticize you in this post; however, I'm curious. I'd appreciate your sharing your motivation. Thanks.

I can honestly say that all makes of them break down from time to time. I was at the Cochranton Poker Run on April 1st and I saw ALL makes being towed out of the woods that day. Now there were over 7,000 of them there that day and there more Polaris quads than any other brands(that I saw). I only saw 1 Polaris get towed out. It overheated and locked up,when it's radiator got plugged with mud and the rider kept going. I also saw a Big Bear with a broken front axle, 2 Hondas that stopped running and my friend's Kawasaki Lakota that fried his battery. That's just some of the ones I've seen. Maybe more Polaris's got towed out,maybe not. From the number of them that I saw and if they are as bad as you say, they should have been all lined up along the trail waiting to be towed out and that wasn't the case at all.

 

Kids and drugs do not go together.
