Default pipe under 90 db

around here in wi, the db limit is 90 db from what ive heard(from the game warden) and was wondering, since ill use my predator on public lakes during the winter, and trails during the summer, what would be a good pipe to buy, i already was told not to go wb, but that was vague and i have no idea what im doing in buying a pipe

thanks,
eric

ERIC,
90db is EXTREMLY low.I'd get a second opinion on that one.In Michigan, the sound level is 94db.Alot of States are 96db.

If the sound level is 90db in Wisconson, than MOST FACTORY ATVs will NOT meet this sound level.

i checked into it, says any stock pipes are legal, they do not need to be replaced unless damaged or unusable. i found somehwere it is 96, dont know where i got 90 from, mayb it was from telling my dad to sell our old sled and get a new one, lol,

Im a licensed ATV safety instructor and I must tell you that loud pipes do create havic for our sport. But I really did'nt think that 90db was correct.Im glad you found out differant.

Check out LTEracing.com dual pipes for preditors. They are expensive but very cool. They are suposed to be under 96db also and I know that it really helped the power out on the raptors and 400exs. Im just waiting for tem to finally finish work on the DS650 duals so I ca look more into them.
