hey if your going light weight, just lose all the lights man. Its a good thing to do. race cut your fenders, make some nerf bars. Remove plastic covers next to engine. if you dont want nerf bars cut off the floor boards and leave the rear peg and weld pegs to it. replace what u can on the frame in chromemoly. I have seen a guy get a 400 sport to 380 pounds. THats 40 less then a predator. Do upper and lower control arms from a banshee. GO the distance with it man.

I think your wrong on the hpd chassis, it's more like 390! Cut most of the bracing off the frame (undercarriage) if you haven't. Put an aftermarket swingarm on it, that'll shave around 4 lbs, grind down any non load bearing welds smooth. This is all small stuff, but it will really add up. Have you removed the floorboards, very heavy, have the flywheel race lightened.

If you just duning or racing, removed the front brakes, that's about 10 lbs and have the front hubs turned down where the rotors mount that's another 1-2lbs or rotating mass and that's worth more than just weight. Also remove guard around the sprocket if you haven't already, also get an aluminum rear sprocket.
