I want to get an upgrade for my 400, But I have seen aftermarket pipes on other bikes that look like they mount VERY poorly. Which brand(s) mount/install nice & clean and tight? Maybe to ALL of the stock mounts? At least to the same number of mounts.

I know lots of you folks have upgraded you exhaust, how is the fit and finish?

Are you looking for trail type performance, or race?

 

I want something with a wide power band. Mid to high RPMs. I plan on porting and milling the head, adding a Wiseco and maybe a reed upgrade at the same time.

I do not like homemade looking/fitting **** on my equipment. So that is why I'm looking for a clean looking installation for the pipe.
