I don't care what you all say, because I know that you are going to be writing back all this stuff about how you love POLARIS, but POLARIS REALLY DO SUCK!!! I had a '97 Polaris Explorer 300 4x4 and there wasn't 1 time in the whole amount of time that I had it that something wasn't wrong, or broken... I DO NOT BEAT MY QUADS EITHER!!!

Polaris just suck, they are made out of Plastic, they have Automatic Transmitions because the people that buy them are just too lazy to shift... All the fast quads like the Yamaha Banshee, are manual... When was the last time that you saw a really fast quad with a manual tranny... Polaris has a long way to go before they can chatch up with the best quads SUZUKI, HONDA AND YAMAHA!

iknew i was not the only one. I can say some Polaris are good and a good but the rest they are not really good.

If you don't like Polaris atv's that's fine. Don't buy one,But when you can't keep up don't complain , or go to namecalling.

Hey Hoolio, Give it a rest dude. I am fortunate enough to own a Polaris and a Yamaha. Let me tell you, I'll NEVER buy another Polaris again. I have to admit I've never really had any problems (mechanically speaking) with the Polaris. It's been reliable but that's about as far as it goes. I have to agree with the other poster in that the Polaris is "cheap" compared to the Yamaha. You can look at the two bikes and see the difference even before you ride them. So, while I wouldn't call the Polaris Junk, I certainly don't think they compare to most of the JAPANESE bikes. Buy one and see for yourself.

 

15, and i've already owned a piece of crap polaris... and i now own a suzuki king quad...
