well i wired them up with the diagram it came with, i couldnt find a spot to mount them so i took a piece of angle iron and cut it down to size and used a center punch to mark the wholes then i drilled them. i mounted the iron to the bumber right up by the plastic to keep it out of the way. it comes with a rocker switch and one that pulls out and pushes in. i used that so i just drilled a whole on the side of the plastic on the left side right by the gas tank. make sure u gradually get bigger holes so u dont make to big of one. make sure u soder (spelling) the wires together becuase mine kept jumping loose. i have pictures that i can show u but i have to get them scanned first. i should have them by next week. the lights are great for only 35$, oh by the way make sure u use as little wire as possible because it dosnt come with much. i thought about changing the mounting spot to the top of the shock mounts. if u have anymore questions pm me

u can order them from dennis kirk for 35 bucks. they are nice lights, u just need to make sure u sodder the wires to the switch or else they will jingle loose. they pretty bright. they made a huge difference over stock.

I found the kit online at DennisKirk last night. How many watts are they each? I can't find that info anywhere.

As far as wiring them to the stock system, I'm going through that right now with a set of 55w driving lights. I have the conversion that you can buy on Ebay that allows the hi and lo beams to run at the same time. I tied the power into the high beam side and it works but occassionally trips the circuit and the whole electrical system shuts down. Kind of interesting when you're doing 35 on the dunes at night when that happens! I eliminated the conversion figuring I would eliminate powering the low beams so 5 lights weren't burning but I still have the same problem. I have pretty much figured on just wiring them to the battery and installing the switch somewhere on the bike. If the Moose lights are of a lesser wattage draw, then my original configuration might actually work but you still have to be cognizant of the wattage output from the alternator. On my 400 Sportsman, it's 240w max.
