I have a friend who wants some more a%% out of his wheeler, he has a scambler 500X I think its a 2002. Any how he has a K&N, Jet kit and a FMF pipe. I think he needs to speed sometime in the clutches. What clutch kits do you guys recommend? I look at Daltons , what else is there? Web sites would be good help and any comments also. We ride at sea-level, and he has ITP Mudlites on front and rear.

 

HPD has an aggressive clutch kit that works real well. They also sell a TEAM industries roller secondary clutch that will really help in acceleration as well. Other than an HPD airbox/carb mod, there isnt much more besides going into the motor itself

 

HPD or Aeen.....Hows he like that FMF? Not a big fan of them here but was just curious.

I have the Heelclicker clutch kit and what's nice about it is that it's adjustable for any type of riding!
