aprox 64-67mph depending on different variables. A pipe and clutch kit along with jetting and a new filter should be your first mods. Then comes a Wiesco, reeds, porting, milled head, high compression billet head, and a carb. Look to HPD for your performance goodies

No, a clutch kit with match the powerband of the pipe to the clutch, giving you peak performance. It will also raise the initial engagement of the clutch making wheelies easier and acceleration better

Hey BBS... I wonder if it's possible that the Roller secondary clutch actually took away from the top end of my Scrambler. I know it made a big difference in the hole shot, it's great coming out of the hole. I raced a moded 400EX and was in front of him till about 250ft then he passed me. Is that just the nature of the beast? I'm thinking of getting the ITP Holeshot XTC Wheel Kit from Hotseat, Is this a good tire and wheel combo? Trying to loose some boundage!!

Those are good tires, but you can find them cheaper other places besides hot seat. Grab a Dirt Wheels and check out Rocky Mountain ATV, they have the best tire prices I have seen.

They are great to deal with too.

Yes, Rocky MT would be your best bet. It COULD be possible that the TEAM clutch too away top speed, but it shouldnt have. Ypu may want to give HPD a call and see whats up with that?
