Muffler for 99 Scrambler 500

I have a question about mufflers. If I change my muffler to something more throatier without changing the pipe, would I have to rejet from my stock jet?

Muffler for 99 Scrambler 500

I believe that those with the White Bros E-Series run a 160 main jet (over the 155 stock)
