Ok,,,a while back I posted a thread about how my quad ran out of gas and I havn't got it running since...here is an update...i yanked the carb about 20 times...checked the float..cleaned it out...took out the jets..cleaned them...I recharged my K & N filter...new spark plug...primed the fuel...checked the needle...put brand new 93 octane gas in it...checked the fuel filter and fuel pump... I got a lot of good ideas and help from you guys..but I did all of that and the thing still just idles and whenever I give it a little bit of gas it still dies on me........So I ended up taking it to a shop to get some professionals to look at it because I was tired of working on it...They should be getting it in the shop today or tomorrow...So when I find out what the heck is up with my quad I'll send my info for future reference...just an update...thanks

Welp..I got the answer!!! pretty simple too....when I was messing with the carb...I tilted it enough at a good enough angle the the needle came out just enough and slid over to the main jet....the needle wasn't visible through the jet but it was just enough were the main jet was getting robbed of fuel....Man I am just so glad my quad is rolling again!!! Can't wait to put the realtors on the rear next week!!!
