I was wondering what would be the best exhasust for an '03 predator?

hpd is a great system, I have an LRD slip on and think is pretty sweet for a person with shallow pockets.

So far no exhaust system has proved to be superior than the rest. Everyone will tell you there shop of choice has the best, but the dyno proves different. Depending on what kind of riding your going to do will determine which pipe will work good for you. White Brothers, hmf, lrd, all have good low to mid range increases, HPd, fmf seem to work better in the higher rpm's. DMC is dynoing a pipe right now that looks promising. Slip on's are making the same power as complete systems, the factory head pipe left little room for improvement, so shop wisely.

I can't believe the mags haven't done any pipe shootouts yet. There seems to b plenty on the market.

What aggrevates me is the Z400s had shootouts a month after they hit showrooms.

Don't expect to see any Predator pipe shoot out. Most company's will not even post dyno results for the Predator (there is a reason). Minimal gains. They will always tell you there pipe is best but they will not produce any numbers. Thats why you will not see the results for any full systems, they are the same as the slip on.

Right now the two sound/performance options are the Pure Polaris slip-on, or the HPD full system. DB levels of these two will get you in anywhere. The White Bros E2 should be here shortly, and I'll get the specs posted for it along w/ the Sparks unit. There are some companies out there ignoring the sound issues.....They want your money twice, once now for a loud unit, and again once sound regs are enforced at your riding area/race.

I'll also be re-testing the HMF unit soon.....originally, even w/ the quiet core, it was too loud.
