Default hmm weird

i am looking through my owners manual right now and i ran across the brake levers section. it says brake levers-trail blazer models and shows it having 2 brake levers one for the front brakes and one for the rear brakes. well i dont have two hand brakes and yet to seen a polaris (besides the pred) with two handlebar mounted levers. was this a misprint (even shows a pic of the handlebars with two levers) or was it somthing they were gonna do that just didnt work right? by the way this is the 2003 manual.

they have a kit that splits the brakes ( the one on your handle bars now is 70% front 30% back) once u put the kit on u have a handler for the back brakes and one for the front

I bet it was a misprint, Polaris has never had a dual handle brake system. Maybe it was something that was in the works and then they decided not to do it. Who knows. You can download the latest version of the owner's manual on Polaris's website, i'd compare them, or call Polaris and have them send you a new one that is correct.
