Is the ds 650 faster than the predator 500? I couldn't find a magazine article of ds Vs predator. I read about predator against yamaha 450, raptor, Z400 and KFX 400. But nothing against ds 650.

 

top speed it is and prob dune riding but other then that mx racing or wods the pred gots it beat

the DS is a fast quad but heavy too... Dunes the DS takes it every where else the pred is on top...

 

the ds will take it in a strait line... alot of guys say its great in the trails... but i think the pred would be easier to throw around and handle.

There was a 1yo DS Baja here for sale and I turned it down and bought a Predator instead. No doubt the Baja is a fast/strong bugger but it's SO heavy and wide. Around here you'd be limited to wider trails for sure, noodling around in the woods would be pretty much out.

 

i thot the pred was 47.75
mine is in the rear...

 

well 48in is 4ft and the pred is under that and u can fit it nicely in the back of a truck since truck beds are 4foot wide. if the ds is larger that sucks u either have to trailer it or risk damaging your tires by craming it in the back of a truck.

 

We drag raced a Pred, DS, & V-force on grass. Even switching riders, The Pred beat the DS every time.
My Pred & the others on the showroom are 47 1/4".
