Duel Over head cams wont always make more power. look at a BIG BLOCK or a HEMI that are all set up.

 

in the same engine, a dohc setup will always create more hp than a sohc design. You cant start comparing small import motors with american big blocks and then saying that the hp difference is a result of the cam design.
