I got my axle in, it was not that bad. I put my chain side lock collar on backwards at first. I was able to pry it off with a screwdriver. If I were you I would take it to your dealer and make him fix it. Godd luck with it man.

thanks man, thats my plan take it back to the dealer tomorrow and make them stop everything they are doing, and get it off..the guys at the dealer are so stupid,i dont even know how they have a job.my buddies 500 scrambler went in to have the swing arm bushings replaced and after getting it back he took it for a ride and the darn nut that hold the swing arm on fell off..then he brought it back for something else and the guy says "ok im just going to shift it,that will tell me how hard its been ridden" and he pulls out the choke to put it in reverse..hahahaha what a idot.then he says "well where's the hour meter"lol i have a 3 year warrenty through the dealer, but its pretty sad i wont take it to them to have it fixed because it took them 3 months to change my axle and almost 3 months to change my buddies swing arm bushings..im glad i have a manual now.
