700 EFI really a 699cc instead of 683cc???

Default 700 EFI really a 699cc instead of 683cc???
Ok, my buddy with the 700 EFI is telling me that his title says his EFI is a 699cc. All of the SP700s are really 683cc according to the Polaris website. So for you guys who own the EFI, is it really 699cc? I highly doubt it, but I need to know for sure. Thanks

According to the spec's on the Polaris web site, it's 683cc.
