I recently joined a local ORV club and we had our first workday of the season at the riding area we take care of. It's a small place, around 20 or so miles of trails, called Wayehutta in the mountains of western NC. We were all sitting around getting ready to start when up pulls this Maxxis RV pulling a big enclosed trailer. To my surprise it was Mike Penland, 10-time GNCC national champion and 4 time Baja 1000 champ, and Scott Kilby, 4 time GNCC national champ. They are apparently club members. I just thought it was really cool to that they showed up to pick up sticks and clear trails just like the rest of us schmos.
