I got a sneak preview of the 2001 brochure and the sp700 is there! All I can tell you thus far is that it is that silver or platnium color, good news for all of you wanting a bigger bike.

I am exited, but i dont feel like payin 8000 to get a bike that size.(not counting tax)

glad u could clear it up rangeres, now when can u get ahold of the brocheur and tell us the details. like how much does it weigh?? and horsepower?

That will do wheelies every time you press the gas...LOL(awsome)
Will their be any upgrades in the transmission or 4wd system or will it be the same as the SP500's but just bigger??

wish I could tell you more but haven't been allowed to go over this material up close, just basically model and color, no specs. I will tell you that the braking system is much improved on all models this year.

I wonder if the new brakes retrofit on the 2000's?
I have not had any trouble in 800 miles so far. but hey if they work better i want them.
