Badlands Tires
#1
I want to buy the Badlands. Does anyone have a pic on their web site or gallery or one they could send to my private message? I want to see the shape and tread of the rears mounted.
I'm want to see what the tread looks like and I want to get an idea of the contact patch.
The carlisle web site only has a pic of an unmounted front.
As you know with the huge number of choices out there it's difficult to choose. I have mudrunners mounted on the front and would like a less aggressive tire for the back. One that would ride smooth and not give up any traction on hard pack. I think the Radial Badlands XTR is the one.
For those of you who have the 2004.5 Sportsman with the Badlands, do you think the hard pack traction is great. Any other riding impressions would be appreciated. If there is another tire that you think would suit my needs better let me know. I already tried the Radial ATR and didn't like them at all.
Thanks.

I like them. They have great traction! I do not try to find the biggest mudholes with them but I get through any mudhole I have to go through. They are in my opinion a great all around tire.I will by new ones when mine wear down. The best place to get them ,that I have found, is tires unlimited.
Good luck!!
