I am looking for new tires for my Trail Boss and i was wondering if the Kenda Knaly's were any good for trail riding? I f not what are some good sporty tires that are good on trails?

When I get new tires for my trail boss I'll be getting spider trac tires. They are good on trails and I've seen racers with them.

 

spider tracs wear out fast.

 

I think I'll go back with stock tires Titan 489 A/T I like them really well.

mud lights are pretty good to for getting over logs and other things in your way

 

atvrider take a look at the new 489 there the xt model they have a slighty differnt tread pattern, i had both tires on mine and the xts have a better grip

 

I put ITP Mudlites on mine and love them. They have much better traction than the 489's and don't seem to hold and throw rocks as bad either, plus they are 6 ply. I ride a lot of rough rocky trails in the desert, and a lot of dirt roads. It will be interesting to see how long they last.

 

bt250 racer i'll do that plus i like the 6 ply too.

what size tires does the trail boss have?

 

The backs are 22x11x10, and the fronts are 23x7x10 stock on both the 04 and the 03 models that we have. I put 24x11x10 on the backs to get a little more clearance.
