Default Clutch cleaning for sp700

I was in some deep water in Mississippi at Redcreed Offroad park. On my 4th trip across twin ponds i stopped on shore and drained the clutch. It looked like oil coming out! I assume alot of that is belt dust but my question is do I take the cover off and clean or will everything be good. I guess fluid changes for the front and rear are in order since I have never done that. And the only reason it got water was I was on the gas at the end and funneled it into the clutch.

By the way, the rincons and grizz were sitting on the bank. Only me and a foreman dared to do it. He started to have carb probs but all is good. Whoever believes polarises can't cross water is an idiot. Some other guys that were snorkeled came by and said it was too deep. Guess the snorkel is just for show.

Anyways, do i need to clean the clutch and how?

Polaris sells a clutch cleaner in a spray can. Do NOT USE Brake cleaner. A lot of people do and it is not recommended for the clutch something about residue, dunno actually. I usually clean mine when i check my belt as it is a quick way to inspect the clutch as well.

I didn't realize I needed to clean my clutch. My owners manual doesn't mention anything about it. How often does it need to be done?

I at least blow it out at the same time I do an oil change. You can get a lot of dust in there. BE CAREFUL NOT TO BREETH THE DUST!!!!! VERY DANGEROUS!!!! I usually wash them down once a year, or after I have gotten some nasty water/much in there
