I have a 03 trail Boss 330 and I want to add a little power to it and not sure what is compadible.
I want to upgrade the exaust Air filter, Jet Kit, Shocks. Any body have a trail boss an know what
i can get, let me know.

Any carb adjustment ideas or maintance tips, or mods ideas would be great.

rick had to cut a section out of it to make it fit didnt he?

 

Did you found an e series pipe that fit on the stock mounts or did you have rig it your self? That is my concern, mounting it seems difficult since there is only one upper mount and one below and another below pipe side.

 

I got it form rick. He never had to cut a section of the E seris out but you have to cut somthing like 13 inches off the old stock pipe. Then you clamp the new pipe to the old and the new pipe the E seris slicner. It only hooks into the top mounting bracket but it fit in nice and tight.

 

your best bang for your buck is to get a complete speed kit from hot seat performance, it comes with a pipe , a high performance clutch kit, and air filter, nice improvement, but remember you r dealing with a 2 valve motor, the power is still limited but better
