This is just a thought. If you notice your back tires spinning alot before the fronts kick in then maybe there is something wrong with the way it detects rear wheels spinning faster then the fronts. My understanding, the fronts should engauge anytime the rear wheels spin faster then the fronts at 1/5 turn of the rear wheels. I kinda tested mine this way just to see. Jack up the quad, Motor off, Key on, In gear, 4WD off. Spin the back tires by hand and the fronts should not turn. (you may have to hold them slightly). Then stop turning the rears. turn 4WD on. spin the back tires by hand and notice when the fronts engauge. Its been a while since I did it on mine but I know it was less the a turn of the rears. Maybe yours is intermitant....check connectors in the 4WD stuff. It would be a shame to loose the option of 4WD. GJ

i already no what the problem is. Because it happened to me bout 1 year ago and i dont really use awd that much as i used to and if im not go to use it theres to need really to have it. Even though the weight savings is only bout 40 pounds. That will still make the front end come up easier

Stevie, it's a shame that that is happening to your quad especially if you took off the 4x4. I think that is the best feature the Scrambler's have. If was going to ride a 2x4 quad I rather buy a lighter machine. Anyway, I think your problem might be due to a bad sensor or bad connection in the wiring like GJ said.
