Well depends on what year of Trail Blazer you have. I ordered some stuff from Rick at the begginning of the this week. I ordered the RCR pipe, and silencer, and then a clutch kit. Rick said the HPD pipe and RCR pipe are very very close in performance. What i did hear is that HPD stopped making there pipe for the 1998 and older Trail Blazers. The pipe, silencer, and the clutch kit i got with jets was more than $325, but not by far. He said the setup i am going with will work well for wheeling, and mudd. PLus i will port it and do other things. I would suggest you to call Rick he is a great guy to talk to, and really knows his stuff.

I got the low mid pipe, rick said it will be a huge notice from stock, and will have no problem wheeling and giving a roost, but i also got the clutch kit. Not the agressive one becuase i ain't gonna race port it. Rick said HPD was good too, and that they are about the same, his will be more noticable on the bottom and mid range, but will not lose any top aswell. If you a 1998 or older TB250, u can't get HPD.

I belive that i only paid $325 for my kit with the hpd pipe, but rick said it was because of the year of my quad. I told him it was a 1999, like the manuel says, but found out later that it is a 2000, and the stuff still works. I dont have the recept, because my dad paid for it with a credit card and i paid him back, so i am not 100% sure. Hope this helps

Thats not true. I have a 2003 tb250 with the stage 1 kit and i have the HPD pipe. you must get the hpd if you have a 2003 or above because they changed the frames and ricks pipes wont fit. deffinatley an improvement over stock. low is a little dissapointing just a tad bit better but once it hits mid it is deffinatly noticable. top end is improved also.
