Portable MP3 players are the way of the future for powersports! :-)

If you have a regular CD player, there are a few options.

1. Get one with good anti-skip protection. I have seen some with only 7sec anti-skip that can drop 3 ft and it won't skip. Others claim 40, and they suck. Go for quality....

2. Mount it on you, or preferably, safely tucked into a back-pack. This will absorb a lot of bump, and keep it safe.

3. Get one that you can plug into a cigarete lighter. If you don't have a lighter plug, wire one in! No more dead batteries.

Good luck.

Adam,

I agree that MP3 players are the way to go! VIVA NAPSTER! Celeste picked up several AudioVox MPDJs for free at a site that gives you points for surfing the net. We now have three, with two more on order. The battery life is great and the sound is top quality! I highly recommend them.

Although, I personally like to hear the sweet music my quad makes when I'm riding.

Could you use a tank bag for that. Where could I install that cig lighter
