I am jetted at a 140 with my hot seat pipe which is the reccomended jet size for the pipe. When i put it at WOT it will not top out it just sputters after 3/4 throttle. I adjusted the floats and rebuilt the carb and it got a little better. I checked all the vent lines and such. The primary spring is brand new and im running the wieghts that came with the hsp speed kit. I am just wondering why i have no top end but in a couple days i am sending the head to rick so he can port it. A few people told me it could be that i need new rings but i was just wondering what other people have to say. Thanks
