There are 2 lines coming off the tank and they both go to the gas On, Off switch thing. I think it is in the middle line coming off the On off thing. But it doesn't look big enough. Is it in the end or the middle of the line?

Yes, it is in the line coming from your On, Off switch thing to the fuel pump. Midway or so and it is as big around as my ring finger.

If you have the side panels off and still can't reach it, you may have to loosen up the fuel tank mount bolts or air box to reach in. Just remove the clamps on each side of the filter and put new one in. it will leak a little gas, so have a rag

Just pull it off. It is held on with clamps. If it is giving you trouble, put a little heat on the hose and it will come off easier (DONT USE A FLAME!!!)

So if the fuel filter is clamped on it must be at the begining or end of the hose not the middle? Or is it in the middle?

Mine is more toward the end, right before it gets to the pump. You MAY have to take the tank off (if you havent already) to access it
