NEW PIPE COMING FOR SCRAMMY

Default NEW PIPE COMING FOR SCRAMMY

I ordered me a White Bros. Serries E pipe for the Scrammy! Has anyone got any comments or advice on this pipe.I know it isnt for topend but I dont need top I need more grunt and midrange.

You will probably want to bump up the main jet to a 160

Default NEW PIPE COMING FOR SCRAMMY

I put one on a couple of months ago and LOVE IT!!!! I ended up gouing from a 147.5 main to a 152.5 I think or maybe it was a 150 but it helped out alot. I just wish I didn't have to spend 2 hours ripping the hole front of the bike off everytime I wanted to change a sprk plug or get to the carb.

Im guessing you are jetted for high altitude?

YUP!!! 4500 base and up to 6500 when we ride. Hey BBS I talked to the guys from Dalton about my clutch today and the hi alt. and they said to go with a lighter weight and keep the springs the same, what do you think??

hoping not to have to rejet.I didnt have to on my 425 when I put on a Supertrapp.And when I talked to Aaen about their muffler they told me not to rejet. But the plug will tell me the truth.

Makes sense. The dealers have an high altitude kit that they put in, new jets, springs (I believe) and new weights.

I got an e-serie and love it. I didnt jet with mine tho but it runs great[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

ftwflh where did you get the pipe from? I was looking at the hpd setup but the price is high and i dont need the jet kit since I bought a dynojet kit off of ebay
