Any pics of TB 250 trail ported cylinders?
I'm looking to do my own porting on the new 'Blazer, but I need a good place to start....pics would be marvy. I've done some porting before, so I'm not scared of weilding an air grinder around the motor....Thanks!!
Also, what would be a good amount to shave off the cylinder head to bump the compression up a little, but still be able to rund premium pump fuel? Thanks again....

Well The best thing you could do with your head is send it to rick ritter at RcR I think bubba297 does heads too.
both are a good choice the reason I say this is it's more then just cutting some off for best performance the combustion chamber area needs to be squared up in a lathe.
If you want to just cut some off go .025 and you can get away with premium fuel.
Be carfull with the porting the 250 is a piston port engine (no reeds) so theres no room for error you could loose bottom end performance real easy.
