Default exhaust plug

I did the plug on my 2001 sportsman 2 weeks ago - only 80 hours on it and man did I have to lean on it to get it out. I sprayed it with WD-40 a few times a few days before I attempted it. When you back it out a few threads spray it and tighten it back in a little - that way you get some lubrication in there. Keep doing that as you work it out. I was really afraid that I was going to break it off. You're gonna find that the bolt obviously sticks into the muffler a bit - and therefore the carbon really messes up the threads.
