Default front sproket or lighten flywheel ?

What would make the most differance. drop a tooth on the front sproket or lighten the flywheel ? Would lightening the flywheel help get rid of bottom end bog?

I noticed about the same change as far as less bogging on mine when I lightened the flywheel as when I went up to a 42 tooth rear. about the same as dropping 1 tooth in the front.
But the quicker rev of the lightened flywheel is nice
