Default bubba ported

just got our bubba ported trailblazer back together,after my son broke it in for awhile i took it down
our street punched it and rode a wheelie for about 200 feet, holy sheeeeeeeet it never did that before
thanks bubba thats awesome.

Is that just from porting? Or do you have other mods? That sounds hella fun!!

it was just bored and ported, it also has HPD pipe, clutch kit, k&n filter, and milled head.
its still no 400 but it did make a very noticable gain in power.

hows it climb hills now? does it wheelie when your moving at like 10 mph or 15? what jetting are u running. im thinkin of havin mine ported by bubba since i have my cylinder off for boring. what are u running for a carb? stock? i wanna be able to take blasters and run with the warriors. it will be so sweet when i get done.

That piston on your pics is not that bad, however bad enough. If it's stock bore then .020 would be fine to bore and clean it up.

Scott,
Looks like your wrist pin got a bit hot, Should replace the bearings also. Make sure you have the porting done on your cylinder before boaring it.

its at .010 over now. my friends uncle is going to bore it for me for free. i am going to have it ported first though. the exhaust side port is full of carbon. would i be able to use the excuse to my grandpa that it needs to be cleaned up so i could send it to u. its not like its his money anyhow. theres also a couple of spots in the cylinder that i can catch my fingernail in the scour is s deep. scott

stock carb 170 main jet i just sit back a little and hit from a slow roll it go's right up.
dont know about the hills for a couple weeks when we go north to ride.
