If you are using c series wheels you should be using the lugnuts that are made by itp. They wheels are aluminum and tapered in the holes and the lugnuts should be too. Most stockers arent.

Did you guys turn the lug nuts around so that the flat side is against the wheel?

I had the same problem, lugs backed all the way off on a ride. Wheel came loose luckily it stayed on just long enough for me to get shut down . I told my dealer, who is a friend and he said some of the sportsmans may have too short of studs for the new ITP rims. This is due to ITP making the rim thicker for durability. He told me to bring in my bike and ITP would pay for the new longer studs. You guys may want to ask about this at your local dealers. Hope this helps.

And yes fishlab I put my lug nuts on so there flat against the wheel .... and it doesnt seem to happen when i stick my shreders on there so its gotta be the wheels .. and when i stick those shreders on i put the lugz on the oposite way and they dont come loose ........ its gotta be the rims

The only other things I can think of then is to use a lock washer or some thread locker. Has it ruined your rims by wallering out the holes yet?

All you guys running the C series wheels on your Sportsmans, you need to install the longer lugs.Big Buck Atv sells them and they will prevent the lugs from coming loose and possibly causing a serious accident.ITP will NOT pay for longer studs-been there-done that!!!
