Your motor if extra braces aren't added. I posted pics of the damage to my alcohol bike when tyhe cases gave up in Glamis last month. FUBAR

FUBAR is just about the best word for it. It tried to rip the top off the whole thing. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! is all I can say. Did you ask Rick if they made biilet cases?

 

I plan to rebuild. The big decision is will I leave it on alcohol ? Probably so since I love the hP so much.

Dang, bad luck for the case...It looks like it is a bad a$$ quad though...have fun on the rebuild....and p.s. like that trailer you got in your pics..NICE!

Pretty UGLY isn't it ? I was surprised when I took it apart that it was this bad.

 

man that just another bottom case,,i've seen my last 2 engine totally blasted even more than that,pieces of jugs cracked all over the corner,buy a cheap case or a good welded one than rebuild,mine is pretty welded all around to resist extrem stress,,get a wiseco hot rod then,with brand new bearing it should ran good again,look an awsome job done on that motor tough...
