04 500H.O wheeles

I know that it CAN do a wheelie, yet I have never tried. My buddies Magnum 500 will do them so the H.O. has to. Sorry I can't help with the technique.
I have ridden a friends 700 and that thing wheelies like a dream....just stand on the pegs and give it a nice tug as soon as the clutch engages....Then you can go forever.

Nope, not unless you weigh 400 lbs or are hitting a lip going uphill handelbarred in low range. (400lbs of pull to get it back) dead stop in h-range nah.

Forget it. My buds keeping his 600 twin here. The only way that thing is wheelie bound is if it falls off the back of the truck *** first.

Looks like its getting a "Extreme Makeover"

I have a 2003 Sportsman 500 H.O. and it will do wheelies all day! My technique is to put it in lo range, hold the brake, and slightly rev the motor until the front wheels are about to slide, give it full throttle and release the brake at the same time, then hold on. It works every time. Good luck!!

I can pull up the SP 700 in high range standing on the pegs and I only way 160. Comes up easy.
