I've seen this mod before is it really necessary?? what exactly does it do, by looking at it you wouldn't think it would make much of a difference.

 

Well if you don't think it is necessary,then don't do it.But if you don't want your case to look like the one in my pic's,then i would highly suggest that you get it done.It supports the clutch side of the case,it is very thin in this area.

 

Check out Pennyless. His pics show a really big crack (no offence CED, yours is nice too)

I'd definately do it, it's cheap insurance. It only cost 20 dollars plus 20 for someone to weld it on. Verses 200 for topend rebuild, 300 for cases and new bearings and down time. Plus making polaris look bad when you blow it up in front of a lot of people![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
