i had to order knew plastics for the pred. I ordered the black ones off of the polaris web site. i did the ground shiping. i order friday and live in vegas when should i recieve the goods. how long will it take for polaris to process the order and get it shipped? And i also order a couple of parts from the stealer on friday how long should that take. thanks for the replys[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]I need to get it built befoe this weeked.

 

Call me a stickler for the obvious, but why didn't you just ask the people you ordered these items from?...... Call them back and ask them. They can tell you. And you can even ask them for a tracking #, then you'll know exactly when they'll get there. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

as i said in my post i ordered of the polaris web site and i'm not sure if you have called and talked to polaris about anything but when i called this morning they didn't know crap. i could have of got more information from asking my cat. i am just not sure if it gets sent the same day as ordered or if it takes a week or however long to do their process. and if they haven't sent it yet their wont be a tracking #

 

Well, according the Purepolaris customer service rep that I just talked to when you place an order online you have to give a valid e-mail address, and setup an account. Once you purchase and item, a confirmation is then sent to the email address you listed for the setup of your account. This email contains a "tracking number" that can be accessed online at UPS's website. Also I am pretty certain that the representative that I talked to(that you could have talked to as well), could give you the run down on how the whole procedure works, but I'm guessing you didn't go that far?

Hope I helped, and you must have a really smart cat if it can tell more than the gentleman I talked to on the phone with a rather large wealth of information. There are always answers.....you just have to *look* for them. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
