Default plastic, what'll fit

I'm thinking about buying a 330 for my wife, but she doesn't like the plastic on it. Will any of the Scrambler plastics fit on a new TrailBoss?

Nope. The scrambler, sports, and Trailblazers are the Gen III style machines. The plastic is interchangeable between those 3 only. But, there is a limited edition Trailboss for 04 (?) that has black plastic

Thanks. Just searched the archives and seems like I'm not the only one that's thought about this. Wonder if Polaris will come out with a 400 size sport bike in 05?

Wonder if it would be at all possible to make Sport plastic fit on an old trail boss if you were to weld some different "attach points" to the frame. Or are these frames that much different that it just wont work?

Take a look at my pics. thats a gen III machine. it might work the other way too. The problems i see for you would be the racks and the footpads don't line up quite right.

And the shifter might have to change and you would need a small beacked that come up next to the air box that the front and rear cab bolt together with. My frame had all the holes i needed. spaced the front up a little to clear the oil tank. wish it would stop raining up here so i could switch back to the gen III stuff
