Default How many links in the chain.
Could anyone tell me what the lenth is for the stock chain on a 03 scrambler 500? I think its a 520 O- ring?

Hey guys i found out it was a 76 with the master link. What kind of chains are you guys running and which ones have you had the least amount of trouble with.

ive run stock and broke a few,regina and broke a few then i got smart and bought a d.i.d x-ring chain and havent had any trouble since.oh yeah,its 76 pins,not links..

They call it a 76 pitch. Thats pins or links. Same thing, just different terminology. But I too run the DID X-ring and have been very happy with it as well

Do you guys run the did x ring atv chain or just the did x ring ert chain? In rockymountain it says they will cut the ert x ring to requested length. Both chains are 520. Thanks for the help.

I run the ATV chain. What I did was order it with a few extra links. That way, I could cut it to the exact length that I needed. You can always remove links, but you can't add them
