I recently ordered some items (including a dive belt) from Dennis Kirk for my 99 SP-500 with EBS. When the parts came in I noticed the drive belt (P.N. LMX2001) did not look like an EBS belt. The belt did not have the small grooves on the inside of the belt. I called Dennis Kirk customer service to make sure that it was the right part number (it was) and told them that this belt is not for an ebs system. They could not help other than to refund me for the cost of the belt. I called the belt manufacturer Lemans and talked to the technical department about the belt, thier response was that is the right belt.

Has anyone used this belt on their ATV and where does someone get a Dayco or Goodyear belts for a SP-500 with EBS.

 

I thought the Lamans "pro" series were made by Dayco.
