Default cutting plastic & floor boards

ive been out in the garage, looking at the scrammy sitting there all apart, the front plastic is cracked where the mud guard bolts on,so i think im going to do some cutting.im planning on cutting a inch off the sides and pretty much the whole lower section, the back im going to cut about 2-3 inches off the whole thing, think i will need to brace them?who's gallery has pics of cut fenders?i dont want that extreme cut look..im also going to cut the floor boards off and use just that one bar comming off the frame for the foot peg, think it will be strong enough?thanks for any help..
