325 Oil temp Light

325 Oil temp Light
I just noticed that the oil temp light on my 2001 325 TrailBoss comes on and stay's on, Even when you first start it....any suggestions?
Also, the Battery just went dead last week and I needed to replace it and thats when I noticed the Oil Light.
