Stainless Bolts.

Default Stainless Bolts.

Hence the reason EVERY SINGLE BOLT has either a lock nut or loctite. cuz they WILL vibrate out. And trust me, it aint cool when that happens going down the road[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Default Stainless Bolts.

i believe stainless is grade 3

they arent the strongest bolts in the bunch,,,i would only use them in non-high torque/stress areas (most of the bike)

I beleive you are right Bing. I have snapped a bunch of them. The only ones that I used on the bike that wernt stainless (with the exception of the special chrome hardware) are the bolts that hold the motor to the frame. I used Grade 8 for that. But those are gold galvanized
